Last updated: April 2026. By using this website or enrolling on an LSBUK programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. About LSBUK

London School of Business UK (LSBUK) provides business education, executive courses and language programmes. Our services are offered online and at our London campus. By submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you enter into an agreement with LSBUK on the terms set out below.

2. Enrolment and offers

An enquiry does not constitute enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal offer letter from LSBUK and payment of the required deposit or fees. LSBUK reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons.

3. Programme delivery

LSBUK reserves the right to modify programme content, delivery format, schedule and faculty in the interests of quality and operational necessity. Material changes that significantly alter a confirmed enrolment will be communicated in advance with the option to transfer or withdraw.

4. Payment

Programme fees are as stated in your offer letter. Payment terms, deposit amounts and instalment schedules are confirmed at the time of offer. All fees are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within LSBUK programme materials, including text, graphics, course materials and assessments, is the intellectual property of LSBUK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt this content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website and LSBUK services lawfully and in good faith. You must not submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other learners or staff.

7. Limitation of liability

LSBUK's liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
