2. Data we collect

We collect personal data you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, programme of interest, and any additional information you include in an enquiry. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, process applications, send programme information relevant to your interests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry), contractual necessity (processing your enrolment), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we send marketing communications, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Enrolled learner records are retained for seven years following programme completion in line with UK educational record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; to object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@lsbuk.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

Essential. The website remembers your cookie choice in your browser so the banner is not shown on every page. Our live chat (Tawk.to) sets the cookies it needs to run the chat.

Only with your consent. If you click Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used, Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, and the Meta (Facebook) and Reddit pixels to measure our advertising. Clarity, Meta and Reddit do not load at all until you accept, and Google Analytics sets no cookies before then. Before consent, Google may receive cookieless measurement signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode).

Consent records. When you accept or decline, we record your choice, the time, the page and the version of the banner, without your IP address or any identifier, so we can show that we respect your choice.

Changing your choice. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page at any time. Declining removes our analytics and advertising cookies from your browser.
