Refund Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This policy sets out the terms for cancellations, withdrawals and refunds for LSBUK programmes.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all learners enrolled on or enquiring about LSBUK diploma, executive education, and language programmes. By accepting an offer from LSBUK, you agree to the refund terms set out below.

2. Cooling-off period

If you enrol online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your enrolment is confirmed in writing. If you withdraw within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, provided that the programme has not yet commenced.

3. Withdrawal before programme start

If you withdraw after the cooling-off period but before your programme start date, the following applies:

  • More than 28 days before start: 75% of deposit refunded
  • 14–28 days before start: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Fewer than 14 days before start: no refund of deposit

4. Withdrawal after programme start

Once a programme has commenced, fees paid for completed modules or weeks of study are non-refundable. Fees paid for future modules not yet delivered may be considered for partial refund at LSBUK's discretion, subject to written application within 14 days of withdrawal.

5. Programme cancellation by LSBUK

If LSBUK cancels a programme or intake before it commences, enrolled learners will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future intake at no additional cost. LSBUK is not liable for any other costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation) in connection with a cancelled programme.

6. Programme changes by LSBUK

Where LSBUK makes a material change to a confirmed programme (such as a change in delivery format, significant schedule alteration, or change in faculty), affected learners will be notified in advance and offered the option to transfer to an alternative intake or withdraw with a full refund.

7. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@lsbuk.co.uk, including your full name, programme enrolled on, and reason for withdrawal. Requests are processed within 14 working days of receipt.
