How we write and check our guides

Who is responsible for LSBUK's articles, subject guides and practice resources, where the facts come from, and how to report a mistake.

Who is responsible

Articles, subject guides and practice resources on this site are published by LSBUK Team, the editorial voice of London School of Business UK, an organisation, not a single named person. London School of Business UK is responsible for what they say.

We name an individual author or reviewer only where a real, approved profile exists, and we show a "Reviewed by" line only when that person actually reviewed the page. We do not invent experts, biographies or reviews.

Where course facts come from

Fees, durations, delivery routes and award details for our priority courses are kept in one internal record and copied from it to every page that repeats them, so a course page, a guide and a listing card cannot quietly disagree. When a fact has not been confirmed, for example an intake date, a class timetable or the terms of a particular internship, we say so and ask you to confirm it with admissions rather than guessing.

Qualification details, such as an award's title, awarding organisation and qualification number, are checked against the awarding organisation and the Ofqual Register of Regulated Qualifications. Whether a university, employer or authority accepts a qualification is always their decision, and our guides say so.

Sources, examples and figures

  • Statistics and research findings link to their source, with the date they were checked where it matters.
  • Worked examples, templates and case studies are illustrative practice material unless we say otherwise. They are labelled, and they are not real clients, learners or results.
  • Practice rubrics are self-review checklists, not awarding-body marking schemes.
  • We do not publish testimonials, outcomes or rankings we cannot verify.

Dates

Each article shows its publication date. A "Last reviewed" date appears only after a substantive review of the content, not when a page is rebuilt or restyled.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, email info@lsbuk.co.uk with the page address and what is wrong. We correct factual errors as soon as they are confirmed.
